{"id":130086,"date":"2024-11-27T00:34:26","date_gmt":"2024-11-27T00:34:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tawk.to\/?post_type=va_faqs&#038;p=130086"},"modified":"2024-11-27T00:34:30","modified_gmt":"2024-11-27T00:34:30","slug":"how-to-cancel-a-subscription-to-the-virtual-assistant-service","status":"publish","type":"va_faqs","link":"https:\/\/www.tawk.to\/va_faqs\/how-to-cancel-a-subscription-to-the-virtual-assistant-service\/","title":{"rendered":"How to cancel a subscription to the Virtual Assistant service"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A subscription may be ended at any time upon your request, when a VA underperforms or terminates their agreement, or when a project has ended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ending a subscription upon client request:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A seven-day notice period is required, allowing us to follow the proper replacement process for VAs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Subscriptions must be canceled before they roll over<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment will be held as credits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The VA will be reprofiled<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancelation due to withdrawn application, performance and reliability issues, or standard resignation:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The VA must render 14 days to process replacement and for proper turn-over of tasks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recruitment will outsource a suitable replacement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any remaining pro-rated hours paid up-front will be held as credits that can be used for the next VA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancelation due to immediate resignation of the VA (AWOL, Abandonment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the event that a VA leaves without notice, a replacement will be provided<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arrears will be held as credits that can be used for the next VA<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a suitable replacement cannot be found, a refund will be provided<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Canceling a subscription when a project is completed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When VAs are needed on a project-by-project basis, they may be hired for a specific time period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, you may need a web developer to update a website. You may want to add team members to support a conference or event.
