Whether an issue is related to a miscommunication or a change in availability, it\u2019s important to address it quickly and resolve it fully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are four types of conflict you may encounter when working with a VA:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Internal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communication<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work schedule<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poor fit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If an internal conflict or miscommunication arises between the VA and another employee or member of your team, we recommend that you address the conflict internally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If a work schedule conflict arises, we&#8217;ll work with the VA and your team to find the solution that fits the best. If we&#8217;re unable to find an acceptable solution, we will look at rehiring for the role. You are required to provide a seven day notice period for your current VA so they can begin to look for a new job placement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If a conflict is due to a poor fit for the VA\u2019s role, we&#8217;ll first do everything we can to help manage the VA\u2019s performance. If we are unable to successfully manage the VA in the current role, we&#8217;ll take steps to replace them.
