Your VA will also prepare and submit written End of Day reports summarizing tasks undertaken. These reports are tailored to your needs and ensure that your work expectations are being met by the tawk.to<\/a> Virtual Assistants. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Prior to the start of the VA\u2019s first day, as part of the onboarding process, HR will send you a task form that allows you to personalize your VA\u2019s EOD Report. We will tailor this template to include the key tasks and deliverables you require your VA to complete each day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The report provides a detailed understanding of what the VA has completed within a 24-hour period. You will also see what is still pending, what needs to be done the next day, and notes regarding any challenges the VA may have come across.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Your report will be emailed to you at the end of each work day, allowing you to assess the VA\u2019s productivity. Alternatively, you can request reports to be submitted weekly, fortnightly, or even monthly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Questions regarding written reports should be discussed with our VA Liaison Officer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In addition to sending the End of Day report, we may be able to provide access to a productivity-tracking tool, should this be of importance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n While we have chosen not to use advanced time-tracking tools at tawk.to, they have been shown to be useful as a productivity tool when used by individuals as a personal task management tool.
