The service is a month-by-month subscription, so you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Payment is made to tawk.to, not the agent, via the Add-on section of the tawk.to dashboard. Payment can be made via credit card or PayPal and must be completed on or before the date the VA commences work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Follow these steps to sign up for the service:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/help.tawk.to\/article\/how-to-purchase-tawktos-virtual-assistant-service\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">How to purchase tawk.to&#8217;s Virtual Assistant Service<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that there is, however, a seven-day notice period required for cancellation of services. Our VAs have families to feed and bills to pay. Giving them this one-week notice provides time for us to reassign them to other clients.
